A platform for premium and SEO domains, link building and a zone-file database — the place where my domain hobby became a real business.
What it is
Every domain collector eventually faces the question: “so what are you going to do with all those domains?”. investirai.com is my answer: a platform where premium and SEO domains are offered as what they really are — digital assets with measurable value.
The site combines three things: a catalog of curated domains (premium ones and ones with established SEO history), link building services for businesses that want to rank better, and a zone-file database for people who enjoy digging through data as much as I do.
The technical part
Under the hood runs Strapi as a headless CMS on MySQL, with a bilingual frontend on top. The most interesting part is hidden from visitors: a custom captcha solver built with TensorFlow — a small neural network trained to read distorted characters, serving the automations around the catalog. Plus a microservice that normalizes domain names (Cyrillic, hyphens, www variants) and a separate logger for everything.
What I learned
That the difference between a “collection” and a “business” is one well-structured database. And that the most valuable habit in domain trading is patience — a good domain is in no hurry, and neither should you be.
